Very unpleasant service, I left immediately after being treated like an intruder. Also, don't touch anything, the owner treats it like a museum and rudely points you to curt tiny note that reads "what you touch you buy" instead of actually interacting with you. Crockery is bread there, it seems. And a (potential) costumer a nuisance. Go instead to one of the stores upstairs, they are much nicer and friendlier, or to the tiny lovely market with artisan jewellery on the way to the viewing point. Edit: the owner confabulates in the answer (or mistakes me for someone else). There was no showcase, I have not opened anything. There was a free-standing shelve unit, with no doors, no glass, nor any other protection, directly at the entrance. I also touched one tea cup, not "pulled some items". I didn't even have a chance to be rude, as there was no interaction. She just passed by me and with no word pointed to the weirdly phrased note, made a face, and just went on. If I really wrecked such a havoc and damaged some antique genuine pieces why did she let me? Well, maybe because they either weren't antique, or what she wrote...

One day ago while my daughter was visiting she made the purchase of a Cameo lave ring. Unfortunately the surface has detached and lost. She is now headed to Milan for three days before she returns home to USA . Is there anything you can do to help replace her ring?
