Asia Mach — Local services in Bologna

I was deeply disappointed with the experience at the Asia Mach market. The cashier who served me was extremely rude and listless. From the beginning, I noticed his lack of courtesy and attention towards customers. Not only was she rude in her tone of voice, but she seemed completely disinterested in her job.

I have been in the store three times and on each occasion I found myself facing the same rude situation. The first time she yelled at me in front of all the customers, ordering me to get a basket even though I only had a packet of noodles in my hand. This time she practically "threw" the receipt at me without any courtesy or respect. It was clear that she didn't care in the slightest about providing good customer service. This attitude is not only unacceptable, but has also left a very bad impression on the store as a whole.

Overall, the experience was extremely bad and made me reflect on the quality of service this store provides. I cannot recommend Asia Mach Market to anyone if this is the treatment customers can...

I went to this store as a tourist visiting Bologna for first time. I had a really bad experience. The woman who works there was following me and my family as if we were stealing from the store, it was so obvious! Then, when we went to the cashier she was there she didn't say a word just looked at us with an unpleasant face, didn't even help with packing the products just threw the bag and didn't say anything. sono stata l’anno scorso in questo negozio dopo svariate volte e sono stata accusata di aver rubato,ovviamente io mi sono resa disponibile nel mostrare alla signora della cassa che non avevo nulla nel mio zaino, esco e faccio finta di nulla, “può capitare dai” ho pensato , nulla di che. Poi di recente ci sono ritornata ,ovviamente con l’intenzione di comprare di nuovo, anche perché i loro prodotti mi sono sempre piaciuti. Purtroppo oggi mi è capitato un fatto spiacevole all’interno del negozio, e ne sono rammaricata . Io ero con un gruppo di amiche che stavamo girando per dare un occhiata ovviamente , ad una certa però ci viene sete e abbiamo deciso di bere l’acqua , fin qui tutto ok, prendo anche una tazza di porcellana e la mostro a loro poi la rimetto a posto e dopodiché do un occhiata veloce a molti prodotti per poi riporli lì. Ad una certa la stessa signora del negozio si avvicina e decide di sgridarmi , tra l’altro davanti a tutti i clienti insistendo del fatto che io avessi “lanciato” i vari prodotti e che li avessi riposto in luoghi diversi . Dopodiché mi sgrida perché stavo BEVENDO della semplice acqua giustificandosi con “non puoi introdurre altri prodotti all’interno di un negozio”. Allucinante e soprattutto vergognoso.
