Such a gem if you're looking for vegan versions of local Bolognese food. We have opted for vegan tortellini em brodo (in broth) and it was surprisingly delicious and full of flavour. Tortellini was nice and soft and the broth was peppery with a lovely olive oil aftertaste. I was honestly pleasantly surprised as I always thought it's a bland dish but it was actually very flavoursome. My partner had tagliatelle with vegan sausage and creamy sauce and it was also lovely. Other menu highlight is the vegan version of tagliatelle al ragu but we haven't tried it and the burger looked incredible too (and was massive). The food is DELICIOUS. I am going to remember this meal with fondness for a long time to come! The restaurant is quite small and always busy, so it may be important to call ahead and make a reservation. They also served Gaza Cola which we had never heard of, but were very pleased to support. Everything is flavourful and tastes freshly homemade. There was only one person managing the cash and bringing food etc., but she was handling it very well. We ordered the Zucchini Crocchetta, tortellini in broth, charcoal tortelloni, and lasagna along with 2 cans of Gaza Cola. This was enough food for two people.
