We stopped here for coffee yesterday. The people seemed nice and the coffee and orange juice were both good. They asked us to sit after ordering and brought the drinks to us.

And we returned today for the same drinks. Big mistake. The guy asked us to sit even before I could tell him what we wanted to order. We just needed coffee and orange juice. AND once we sat and when the waitress was walking around we told her this is what we need. She also looked surprised because we just needed drinks. Nobody even gave us a menu or let us know there is an extra charge for sitting down.

After 10 minutes we were done and when we went to pay the prices were much higher than the day before. Almost 1€ extra for the orange juice and some 50 cents or something extra for the coffee.

I asked the man behind the counter and he said it’s because we sat outside. Then I understood that he asked us to sit even without asking anything just to charge that extra amount. Pathetic. He didn’t ask anyone else to sit. He was just trying to scam innocent tourists. His excuse was the menu says there’s an extra charge. But we never even got a menu.

He could have just ask what we wanted and informed us or shown us the menu before asking us to sit down. He even tried to tell us that he asked us if we wanted to sit down which is a lie. He simply told me, sit down we will come to you. Attempted to return some money ultimately when I nicely told him what he did was not nice. Didn’t accept the refund as it’s not the money but the issue is with trying to scam someone. He shouldn’t have charged us two amounts on the two days when we just sat for 10 minutes...

Had a great time here, we enjoyed it so much, we came back for a second visit! Happened to stumble across this restaurant as we were disappointed with the service at another establishment and looking for a better experience. We were pleasantly greeted and chiccetti was brought with our drink order. The food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. What brought us back again were the staff, they were very engaged and seemed to genuinely enjoy their roles. This was one of our favorite dining...

Very disappointed. Was looking for some lunch and stumbled upon this place. Ordered "tagliatelle al ragú" but that was utter garbage, all chewy and dry so I sent it back. Manager told me they have the meals delivered in morning, so it's a day-old food. The audacity to even serve food like that is unbelievable. I also tried "Lasagne" but that was even worse, soggy and tasteless. Never ever order food here! There's plenty of other places nearby where you can have freshly cooked pasta for...
