The place was very beautiful, it was cured and not too stereotypical, on Saturday night it could be very crowdy and waiter could forget things, but it is normal on Saturday, on the other hand the place is very big they could choose to have less tables and improve customers wealth. By the way we started with a Margarita and a Sangria, both good (but the dishes arrived before this 'aperitivo'). We took enchiladas and tacos de pollo, some ingredients mentioned in the menu were not in the plates, both of the plates had cumin or carry spices inside (totally wrong for the Mexican cousine) I imagine for giving the "exotic" taste to those who don't really know what real Mexican cousin is. My tacos were made with a fried tortilla, and this is wrong for the Mexican cousine. Then we ended with tequila, I ordered one but it was over, they proposed me another one I trusted, but it was more expensive, not so much but I was expecting a tequila at the same price. The place was nice, stuff friendly, was able to accommodate vegan options well. But my friend, ordered burrito and it was absolutely awful, with Chorizo sausage and looots of cheese and nothing else, burrito was very flat and absolutely not enjoyable, also because of Chorizo sausage extremely spicy. I would offer to the place to change it and make just simple burrito with original recipe. And after all we had big argument because place has no knowledge of how to make invoice, we had to spend 30 minutes to figuring out how to make an invoice. Premetto che questa è la mia prima recensione che lascio ad un locale, ma per il trattamento che ho avuto, è doveroso che io dica la mia esperienza, anche perché nessuno mi ha mai trattato così, sia da cliente, sia da cameriere, poiché anche io l’ho fatto fino a pochi anni fa. Questo locale me l’hanno consigliato, ho letto le recensioni, e dato che abito a imola e voglio spostarmi per assaggiare qualcosa di nuovo, a livello di cucina messicana, decido di prenotare in questo ristorante..

All’entrata veniamo colti da una cameriera, la stessa che poi rovinerà la serata, che ci chiede il green-pass, tutto normale, il mio però è un po’ sgranato, poiché la foto si deve caricare.. attacca subito dicendo “se il tuo non funziona devi uscire”, senza mezzi termini. Faccio finta di nulla, sapevo che entro pochi secondi la foto si sarebbe caricata, difatti, così è stato. Una volta seduti, arriva la peggior prestazione che una cameriera possa dare, e a cui ho assistito finora. Chiedo diverse informazioni e mi viene sempre risposto con una svogliatezza unica, quasi come se gli scocciasse darmi qualche indicazione.. il clou arriva quando ordino altre tortillas, alza lo sguardo in alto e sbuffa. Una cameriera che sbuffa in faccia ad un cliente perché ordina un alimento? Capisco fossi stato antipatico, capisco se io in primis gli avessi risposto male, ma son continuato a stare nel mio tutta sera, anche dopo un trattamento così. Ripeto, la cameriera era sempre la stessa, dall’accoglienza alle portare a tavola. Il cibo non è nulla di che, buono si, ma lo mangio meglio qua nelle mie zone, perlomeno non è riscaldato. Per finire la splendida serata, una volta arrivati alla cassa, sul conto non so come, non so perché, ci sono finite ben 4 birre medie, che noi essendo in due, solo due ne avevamo ordinate.. tra l’altro aggiungo, la mia nemmeno l’ho finita per quanto sapesse di...
