Soleluna Piadineria — Local services in Bologna

Delicious piadina, I got the #2 with Mortadella, Scamorza, salsa carciofi, and rucola. The attendents were very nice and they suggested me one of their piadinas. She even was able to help me through my broken Italian and was very patient with me :) I got it to go, they made it to order and handed it to me in a bag so that i could carry it home easily. The first bite was amazing, the piadina was to my liking. I wasn't a huge fan of the mortadella and Scamorza (but that is just because i normally dont like them, but figured I'd try them again). I ended up eating the meat, then the bread with the salsa and rucola and then threw away the cheese. Locale scoperto per caso… Passavo di fretta per i portici di Bologna quando mi ha colpito un profumo buonissimo di piadina! Non ho potuto fare altro che entrare, incuriosita, ed ordinare una piadina da asporto. Piccolo dettaglio che non è comune, il pos e la cassa sono coperti con un cellophane, e l’addetta indossa i guanti, il che mi fa pensare che il locale sia molto attento all’igiene, e così immagino sarà anche la cucina! Purtroppo avevo davvero fretta e non ho consumato in loco, il locale è piccolino ma mi sembra di ricordare che ci sia qualche posto a sedere. Infine, finalmente, ho gustato la mia piadina da asporto ed era davvero buonissima!! Ho ordinato una piadina alle verdure, molto semplice in realtà, ma la qualità degli ingredienti era davvero ottima, tutto cotto alla perfezione e davvero buonissimo.
