Updated 09.02 I came to buy a regular nasal spray, and after my last experience I asked just for anything, and pharmacist brought me "Wick" spray again. Why? Why are you selling the most expensive product without even offering any alternative? After I asked for a spray cheaper he brought me another one, claiming it's the cheapest. But I asked for the spray which I saw on the website and it was cheaper than these one🤷 For another product I asked pharmacist already brought normal price medicine. I just came to the conclusion that if you speak English they will try to bilk you for the most expensive medicine. I don't know what they get out of it, but it's very unpleasant. The state should check the pharmacies in this region.

Appallingly rude and unhelpful staff at this pharmacy. The woman "pharmacist" behind the counter was selectively rude with the non-locals like myself. She refused to acknowledge my English and basically threw my stuff into a bag with such force and attitude that some of the items kept falling back out. She also didn't hand back my card or receipt and just dropped it on the counter.

It's truly unfortunate that this place is at such a busy corner of the train station where foreigners and visitors come to experience Firenze and this is the service they're in for.

Also, would've been good to know this- you must get a ticket and wait for your number to be called in order to buy anything or speak to the pharmacist. No one will tell you this but you'll figure it out when people start cutting you...

This is a scam and affront to the good name of pharmacists. They sold a yuwell digital thermometer to my partner for 74 euros! When I fact you could buy it on amazon for 20. But I was with fever and very sick and my partner doesn't talk Italian and was having trouble finding a farmacist. So he just want to rush back in the hotel and test my temperature. That farmacy is a disgrace on the good name of doctors and medicine and should just shut down for good. When personal profit is more important than the health of people and the community you should really change job especially in a time like this where people should be more helpful....
