I have purchased a Pelletteria handbag online, and it is an absolute disappointment in terms of both quality and service. The craftsmanship of the handle on this purse is extremely poor. The seams are not straight and are pulled out of the leather in places. When I contacted them regarding the quality issues, they were very arrogant and replied “the artisanal and manual work sometimes involves some small imperfections. It does not escape us that the photos you send us are enlarged to a NASA worthy zoom and are at the bottom of the handle which is never seen, standing underneath.” It was truly appalling and disrespectful service and craftsmanship. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

In my opinion this is the best place to buy a bag in Florence. I did some research before visiting the city and from all the leather stores I think this one has the most beautiful bags and at very reasonable prices. All the bags are handmade by them in their workshop and the quality is very high. Why pay thousands of euros for a designer bag that is mass produced and everyone else is wearing when you can get a small production handmade Italian bag of amazing quality from artisans like this. After doing my research online I visited the store personally and ordered some bags, and they were shipped to my address seamlessly. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend...
