Extremely rude - I asked if I can have a refund for something I just bought and Merian threatened to call the policy and shouted at me. I will of course open a case with the British Embassy in Italy. This is completely unacceptable behaviour...

The staff was very rude and intimidating - Meriam was screaming at me and I felt pressured into buying a dress, I think PINKO should close this store as it is damaging...

Venerdì sono andata con mia mamma che volevo comprare una borsa per lei ci abbiamo messo un'ora per trovare il negozio e quando sono arrivata era chiusa, ma su google mi risulta che è aperta.. Se quando chiudete potete cambiare...
