Subdued — Local services in Lucca

Went here on 7/12. Grabbed a few pieces to try on and there was no one near by to let me into the fitting room so I just let myself in as every customer in the store was too. I was trying on a bathing suit and half naked when one of the employees started screaming at me to let her know how many items I brought in. There was also a ton of hangers and clothes in the room that were left behind so I had a hard time finding room to hang any of my items. At one point she unexpectedly opened the curtain while I was undressed and I felt extremely uncomfortable being exposed like that. I almost walked out of there not buying anything. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They don’t even look or greet you when you walk into the store. There was also boxes everywhere near the front that were blocking the register and entry way, you would think they would restock the merchandise before the store opened. Word of advise is be kind to travelers, we pour a lot of money into your economy and small businesses should be grateful and respectful...

The clothes are very cute and it’s kinda like Brandy Melville, but everything else is horrible. The atmosphere is incredibly unwelcoming and the staff’s behavior is hostile. When trying on clothing you get a card with a number on it of how many things you’re trying on but the workers STILL yell at you to ask you how many pieces you have WHILST you are changing and are half naked. They asked me three times while i was changing and even attempted to get into my cabin when i didn’t respond immediately. The workers have this attitude that you should be grateful to be able to shop there but still pretend like you’re a criminal and watch you like a hawk while browsing the clothes.
