Stone Island — Local services in Rome

Paid a visit to this store after visiting Stone Island in London two weeks ago and them not having several items we were after in stock, with their recommendation that the Rome store is far bigger and will likely have it.

Walked into the store and after being inside for under 2-3 minutes we started to get followed by a member of staff VERY closely (as if we were going to steal something) without him saying a single word to us/offering to help us with what we needed. Other staff in the shop seemed friendly to another buyer but we weren't helped out by them either despite this huge man following us throughout the store.

Will be taking our business elsewhere. Would recommend spending your money with the far friendlier staff at Stone Island in London if your European visit...

I highly recommend this shop especially for “ASIAN TOURISTS”. As for me, lots of situations happened in Italy, making me feel uncomfortable with the only reason I’m Asian. At the same shop in Milan, staff seemed look down on me when I asked price as ENGLISH. But, the girl in this shop, with black short hair and big eyes, asked me if I need help and tried to find the size what I asked. Even I asked about colors, size so many times, she kept giving me big smiles. Also, she checked the model is available in the other shops in Italy.
