Bad service!
Added extra comment after response of owner: I am glad that you care about bad reviews and responding them. You right, that I didn't fully described whole situation, I will do it now.
We were walking near your restaurant and just one of the tables was free. We walked up to it and I started waving to one of your waiters to ask if we could take him. For several minutes she did not look in our direction, until one of the clients asked her to look on us. After she came up to us and said that we can sit down. A minute later, another crazy waiter called up and said that this table was booked and we needed to leave immediately. I can understand that such situations are possible, but it was not clear to me why this person talked to us like that. He didn't apologize for the misunderstanding and didn't offer to book the next table, he just started yelling at us. This is what I call Bad service! After that, I approached him and showed that I was leaving this comment, so that he would understand the value of this behavior. I apologize for not being able to write whole situation straight away. And according to owner answer, I understand that poor waiter service comes with direct permission...

Ristorante al Vantaggio don't use fresh ingredients, that was really noticeable; tasteless fruit and vegetables. Their idea of a salad is some refrigerator-tasting lettuce leaves in a bowl. Pizzas similarly fail with so-so pizza bread and poor ingredients. These people can't even make a tasty bruschetta, one of the simplest items to prepare.
Slow service from surly staff who seem to hate their customers.
We only stayed to eat because we were too tired to move on to any one of the thousands of restaurants in Rome that actually serve decent food and create a pleasant experience for the customers.
The business is clearly failing, but instead of just improving their ingredients and staff, they laugh at criticisms and threaten people who leave bad but honest reviews.
Hopefully the truth will get out and unfortunate passers by will stop wasting their money at this...

Do you need at least 1 hour to prepare literally 4 slices of prosciutto? And then you need another 1 hour to bring the other Margherita pizza that I ordered in the same time with the antipasti? Now you also prove yourself to be dumb. Its good for the people to know that at your restaurant you wait 2 hours for some average food. Because they will go instantly to other restaurants that serve great food in a decent time.
