Rusina — Local services in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

We used to love this shop abd often bought souvenirs for family members. This year we bought a kid’s watch that stopped working after 2 days. So we returned to the store with the receipt and asked for assistance. The ladies that worked at the shop were very kind and immediately offered to exchange it for a new one. However the owner intervened and sternly and rudely refused to offere any help whatsoever saying that because two days had passed he could not exchange it or refund it, he could only do that if it were the same day of the purchase. He said we probably were rough with it and that I couldn’t provide any proof to the contrary. The watch was clearly in perfect conditions and my kids loved it so much he was so careful with it. The rudeness, lack of customer service and accountability, and inflexibilty demonstrated by the owner will definitely cause us never to return to the place and to recommend to others to stay away...

If you’re looking for toys, I highly recommend any other store in this street over Rusin Cartoletia. This store sold a $35 cheap broken toy to us, and when I went a few days later to show them it was broken within the box and exchange, they refused to exchange even it though that is their policy. After 30 mins of waiting, the owner was too busy to get on the phone but not too busy to say no.. I was treated very poorly by a rude staff member. The manager claimed I should have gone for the “German” brand which was the same price instead of the “Chinese”...

Negozio di giornali e di souvenir. È per turisti quindi abbastanza caro. Tuttavia si trovano degli articoli da regalare a prezzo ragionevole. Il negozio ha sempre confezionato i regali con graziose bustine di carta decorata alla tirolese. Ho notato nella mia ultima visita che le stesse bustine sono anche in vendita e non costano poco. Ho acquistato un souvenir e ho chiesto la confezione regalo, nonostante temessi che potessero farmi pagare la bustina. La bustina non è stata addebitata. Si paga solo se si acquista a parte, non se viene usata per confezionare un regalo acquistato lí. Bravi, molto onesti. L’anno scorso c’è stato un problema di pagamento digitale del giornale, per mio congnato sprovvisto di contanti. Gli hanno dato il giornale permettendogli di pagare il giorno dopo. Spero che continuino cosí e non si facciano contagiare dal vicino panificio Hofer, carissimo, che addebita buste a pagamento senza chiedere al cliente...
