Elegant, balanced cuisine in Taormina. A must. The fiore di zucca (zucchini blossom) is a standout — not the typical version with anchovies (acciuga). Served on a thin, extra-light and crispy pasta base, topped with honey and pistachio. Creative, delicate, and perfectly balanced. A must-try.
Pecorino with saffron – golden, subtle, and unique. Green cheese – intriguing and unexpected. Pecorino di Sicily – smoky, rich, and our favorite.
The linguine astice (lobster) with zucchini and yellow cherry tomatoes was refreshing and excellent — not the typical cherry tomato sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente, light, fragrant, and flavorful.
You can feel more than at home here. The atmosphere offers fine dining quality with a feeling of comfort and ease. Relaxed, no pressure, just pure enjoyment.

Staff are so warm and friendly and our lovely server Alberto could not have done enough for us, he really made us feel welcome and special and had great knowledge of the menu and drinks. He recommended the Etna Spritz and it was wonderful. Lovely touch that they brought out a beautifully decorated plate with Sicilian Cannoli for the birthday boy and sang Happy Birthday!
