Elegant, balanced cuisine in Taormina. A must. The fiore di zucca (zucchini blossom) is a standout — not the typical version with anchovies (acciuga). Served on a thin, extra-light and crispy pasta base, topped with honey and pistachio. Creative, delicate, and perfectly balanced. A must-try.

Pecorino with saffron – golden, subtle, and unique. Green cheese – intriguing and unexpected. Pecorino di Sicily – smoky, rich, and our favorite.

The linguine astice (lobster) with zucchini and yellow cherry tomatoes was refreshing and excellent — not the typical cherry tomato sauce. The pasta was perfectly al dente, light, fragrant, and flavorful.

You can feel more than at home here. The atmosphere offers fine dining quality with a feeling of comfort and ease. Relaxed, no pressure, just pure enjoyment.

Warm and professional service, refined setting, and thoughtful execution in every dish. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a gourmet yet approachable experience in Taormina.

And we can’t forget the cannoli siciliano — usually my daughter’s favorite not mine or my husband’s, so that was a surprise...

Outstanding! Booked for my husband's birthday celebration on our first night in Taormina. Food was absolutely beautiful and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff are so warm and friendly and our lovely server Alberto could not have done enough for us, he really made us feel welcome and special and had great knowledge of the menu and drinks. He recommended the Etna Spritz and it was wonderful. Lovely touch that they brought out a beautifully decorated plate with Sicilian Cannoli for the birthday boy and sang Happy Birthday! It's the small touches that make this is truly magical place. We are coming back next year, we will book for lunch this time as the views are spectacular. It was dark when I booked so didn't manage to experience that however we did get to see some fireworks! First step into the hotel where the restaurant is located, and we knew we picked a great spot! The hotel is decorated so fantastically, I’m sad we’re leaving today because I would LOVE to stay here. Ok let’s get down to the restaurant…from beginning to end, the experience was absolutely wonderful! We could not have had better service than Alberto and Antonella. They were so lovely and helpful! If you don’t get the zucchini blossoms you’re making a grave mistake!! The linguini with zucchini cream sauce is to die for, but honestly EVERYTHING we had was to perfection! PS- if you're a tequila drinker, get the Spicy Green Soul. You won’t regret it! The family of the restaurant are the sweetest, most welcoming people.
