A TERRIBLE experience.

We had reserved a table for 20 people. When we came in we got a blue little note. On the way down the stairs, a guard stood and collected the notes of all the twenty people. We thought this was strange, but trusted the guard. When we wanted to leave the club a few hours later, we were told that we had to deliver a yellow note. We explained that we had been taken from the blue patch and thus did not have the opportunity to get the yellow patch. Pure deception! The guard claimed he had not taken the note, the bartenders did not let us pay the 20 euros we supposedly had to spend at the bar (which was supposed to indicate entrance fee). The worst part was that we noticed that they were fooling us. Luckily some of the twenty people spoke italian and not only english, because they didn't want to speak english. They avoided telling a lot of information. They first wanted us to pay 80 euros, then 50 euros and finally we argued it down to 20 euros. After three hours, they let us go. It felt like a prison for three hours. We were close to contacting the police because they kept us inside the club for no valid reason. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We have been charged a 61 Euros bill at the end of the night for: an entrance ticket (15 Euros because we entered before 1 am with list, clock room for 1 jacket and 5 coca colas). 1 of those drinks were for free because we entered before 1 am. So at around 41 Euros for 4 coca colas? Ridiculous. A friend who spoke Italian spoke to a lady at the cashier counter and she was very rude to him saying we were lying, she started screaming to him and wanted to call the police. Terrible experience! They take advantage of tourists for not speaking the language. So if you go, pay attention to what you consume and check before paying because their customer service is...

Even one star is too much for them. We bought the tikes online for celebrating the birthday for our friend, and they suddenly refuse us to enter without saying anything. The security and especially the blond curly hair girl in the door is rude. I saw in the door lot’s of people who already paid the ticket had to argue with security to get in. With that bad feeling, i wouldn’t even enter. If you want a good day never enter this horrible place. I hope I can get refund...
