The customer service I received was terrible, even implying I might have stolen the dress. I bought a dress at Zara/Jelmoli in Zurich. It fit perfectly. I paid cash and had zero doubts about the purchase at the time and I still love it to this day so: I didn't keep the receipt. A week later, I noticed they had forgotten to remove the security tag, which was visibly hanging on the dress. It hadn't sounded (no beep) when I exited the store. I only realized the magnetic tag was still on the dress on the day of my job interview and conference. big disappointment. I went back two days later, but both Zara stores in Zurich were closed for maintenance. Great. Now, tomorrow is my next conference in Turin, so I carried the dress from Zurich to Zara in Turin. And yes, that store was also closed for maintenance. (?). By chance, I saw Zara Man next door and was sure it would take only three minutes to resolve the issue; the tag still didn't sound when I entered that store. I spoke to the main person responsible for customer service and politely explained the situation. He said it was clearly just technicality, it wasn't a problem, and they could remove it. However, without a receipt they refused to do so and i was told to go back to Zurich even though the store in Zurich was closed or I could make a hole in the dress myself. (?). 📌 Zara, the arrogance towards customers and lack of common sense are precisely why big fast fashion companies will fail. No fancy interior design can compete with kindness. it’s 2025, train...

Im buying clothes and we are paying for it. I need my husband suggestion if the clothes we are paying for it. Its worth it or not. Your staff doesn't pay us. It us customers who go there and spend money. So we expect a good service. Zara is Luxury brand. So why hiring uneducated, rude and arrogant staffs. Zara you got to train your shop assistants how to behave with customers. Hospitality is a must. Otherwise they will ruin the image of zara. She ruined my day and i felt insulted. I had to leave without buying the clothes i liked. E, cosa più importante, assumi persone che parlino inglese. Sono così deluso da Zara. I always do shopping in zara at legru. There they are so nice. But in this store(via roma) there's a bunch of arrogant staffs . I don't recommend zara in via...
Read moreThis particular ZARA store has very few staff members, with only 1 person on the cash counter almost everytime, even though it's designed to have 3 cash counters. This is causing a lot of inconvenience to the customers.
Moreover, the store has very less changing rooms, making it difficult to try out the clothes. Furthermore, the staff is also quite lazy, not helping the customers properly. To make matters worse, there is almost no men’s collection in the store, making it difficult for men to shop. Even after visiting every weekend, the store has the same collection with no new arrivals.
All of these issues need to be addressed by the ZARA management. They need to increase the number of staff members and also add more changing rooms. Additionally, they should add more men’s collection to the store to make it more convenient for customers. They should also try to add new arrivals every week to keep customers interested. Only then this particular ZARA store can live up to the expectations of...
