My colleagues and I went to have dinner there 2 nights ago because as we were passing by we saw people having pizza and risotto that looked outstanding. We tried a Caprese salad, Margherita, some mixed grilled seafood and risotto. Everything was perfect (desserts also)! We were served by 3 really kind and attentive waiters and they even brought us 4 types of digestive in the end of the dinner! We were so delighted with our dinner that we decided to repeat last night. Food was impeccable once again but the service was terrible. Our waitress seemed like she doesn’t want to work at all and she was extremely slow. Our bill was pretty much the same as the previous night but in the end we got no digestive when we could see they were bringing it to the other tables. We asked for digestive and she did not even bother to attend her table, she was rolling her eyes and another waiter brought us digestive which you can imagine we did not even feel like drinking after the bitter experience!

I wasn't even going to give 1 star for the food but I guess this is the least I can give. Unfortunately I ate the seafood risotto which is something I eat all the time. The look was nice but it was a disaster. The rice was raw, calamari was definetly frozen and also undercooked, half of the clams were impossible to open which shows its also undercooked. I should've understood it when the risotto came in 10 minutes. And the risotto was ridiculously small. After I finished it I told the waiter about the situation (not with the intention of not paying it, of course I paid for it because I ate it because I was extremely hungry) and she said "ok let me tell the situation to the kitchen". I had 0 people from the kitchen coming and asking about the situation. And after I finished my RIDICULOUSLY small glass of wine I left immediately. Never again. Also overpriced. Do not recommend.

Ristorante Lagrange was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We shared a variety of dishes , mussels, parmigiana, risotto ai frutti di mare, and a generous misto fritto, all paired perfectly with a nice bottle of wine. Every dish was flavorful and well-cooked, especially the seafood, fresh and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a great place for a nice dinner out in the center of Torino. Service was smooth and professional, adding to the overall great impression. Definitely a spot I’d return to and recommend to anyone looking for quality Italian seafood in the city.

I recently celebrated my friend's birthday at this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite the occasion being communicated in advance, the service fell far short of expectations.

From the outset, we provided the staff with a cake for the birthday celebration and requested it be brought out after dinner. However, after finishing our meal, we were left waiting with no acknowledgment of our request. When we asked politely for assistance, the staff seemed indifferent and only reluctantly cleaned our table.

To add insult to injury, when the cake finally arrived, it was unceremoniously placed directly on the dirty table without even a plate. This lack of attention to detail not only detracted from the surprise but also tarnished the special moment we had hoped to create.

Overall, the lackluster service and disregard for customer experience marred what should have been a joyous celebration. I would caution anyone considering dining at this restaurant to temper their expectations accordingly. It's hard to overlook the disregard for such an important occasion, and it felt as though our non-Italian status was...

We were welcomed and seated without a reservation quickly, the waiter seemed offish with us but our drinks and food order came out quick, But from this point onwards the experience went down hill. The waiter obviously didn’t want to be there, he was pan faced and miserable and should not be working front of house, a total embarrassments to the restaurant. The food was great! Our table took too long to clear and ended up being cleared by 3 different members of staff over a 30 minute period….shocking as there was only 6 of us. We were not offered a desert Menu and needed to ask for one. After receiving the menu we were left for another 20 minutes. At this point We decided to leave and pay the bill, this was the icing on the cake. 2 card transactions were taken and declined. Another member of the party paid. To our dismay one of the rejected payments did go through which we are now trying to get back from the bank.

So to finish the rant, great food, shocking service and possibly paid double for...
