Despar — Local services in Venice

This review is for the owner of the supermarket, last night 04/29/25 I had a horrible experience with the cashier women a hour before the closing , she was very mean, rude , racist and abusing, it was my first day and first time visiting Italy from USA and things are different here that we don’t know , she was very rude throwing the bag of bananas just because I should weight them myself , and she insulted me just because I didn’t asked for plastic bag , well we don’t weigh groceries but cashier does and plastic bags are free to put the shopping , how we will know all this if it’s first time trying a supermarket in Italy , instead of she says it’s okey and show me how things are here , she started insulting me and she was aggressive and racist , horrible experience and employee like this will destroy the business and she doesn’t want know that customer is king and how to treat tourists , please look at the camera , I wanted to call the police and call USA embassy but I decided to ignore all this and finish my vacation . I never saw a rude racist cashier like her in any country in the world. God bless America they have the best...
