Two female staffs were rude, they were offering chocolate tasting. I was waiting for my turn, I saw the female staff was smiling at customer and when i asked for chocolate and she immediately turned her back to me. Then I came to another staff, she was talking at a customer, after the customer left, I asked if i can try the chocolate, she immediately changed a poker face and not saying a word to me. I still got the chocolate and then i left.
I came back to the shop later, cuz i want to gift the chocolate to my family. A male staff kept inviting everybody to try the chocolate. Eventually I bought the chocolate.
I hope the shop can see this comment and educate their female staff....

We were invited to taste many of the products: delicious pestos, unique flavored salts, and a selection of sweet Italian treats you rarely find elsewhere. The variety was incredible – we could hardly decide because everything looked and tasted amazing.
The products are high-quality and clearly chosen with great care. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and the overall experience absolutely make it worth it.
We left with a big bag full of goodies and a big smile. This is definitely a place we’ll come back to....

When I tried the pistachio balls I immediately fell in love and decided to buy it, even though I never buy any chocolate or sweets for more than 5€ and these were 12€ for 100 grams.. Idk how many balls because just over an hour later when we were on our bus, I decided to open the package and this is how I found them... In hindsight, I should've opened them when I bought it because I'm pretty sure they were already damaged, and if they're so sensitive to heat that they just melt so fast then they should absolutely warn you when buying them..
