My review is from the experience 2015. I found this cute store on the way my hotel in 2013 and bought a pair of yellow shoes. So i took a friend of mind and we ended up buy 2 pairs of shoes and 1 red bag. ( i bought 1 red chelsea boots and 1 red crossbody bag). The red bags strap was too long for my height so the female staff shortened it. On that night in the hotel, i found a big black sharpie stain on the back of the bag!!! (I only carried it in the paper shopping bag she put in and headed to hotel directly) So i took it back to store and asked exchange. She didnt admit while she was fixing it on the messy cashiers desk ( there was a black sharpie of course) and it could have happened stained on that point. I was so mad but she didnt exchange it or accepted mistake?! Indeed she blamed on me??? Why would i carry a sharpie to italy trip?

I still have kept two shoes and bag. The sole of natural rubber That i bought 2013 has been melting down since 2.5 yrs ago. Even though shoes have nice leather and cute colors but they dont last long enough. And u know what? Ive never enjoyed using their bag. So uncomfortable and somehow its not appealing even though the stain is hidden while wearing it.

When in Venice, explore the leather shops. A bargain for a little art you can use every day.

I'm not sure if this is where I bought my leather computer bag. But throughout Venice there are many leather shops that sell custom produced products. Very high quality.

Great handmade leather goods. You can not add any initials at the store as that is only done at his workshop. Maybe ask him to do it and pickup in a day or two. I prefer a small craftsman's shop as their products are more unique. They take pride in their work and prices are always reasonable for quality products. You can smell and feel the difference in the leather.. don't buy your leather goods from anywhere else besides these craftsman's. Only negative is that their product selection can be limited as it is all handmade. He said he uses the hide from the shoulder area as it is softer and more durable.
