TERRIBLE experience.

The shop didnt allow me to eat my bento inside the shop on a cold night.

I had to eat my food opposite the street on a freezing night (9 degree outside)

I have paid for my bento, heated with microeave, the shop has a sign outside says customer can eat in the eating area inside the shop.

I asked why i was not allowed to eat inside the store.

Shop assistant says IT IS NOT A EATING PLACE

I said I had always eaten in a lawson in the past

Shop assistant says NOT NOW

I said is it your rule? or lawson's rule?

Shop assistant said eating area is not open because of many stocks occupied the eating area.

I said the shop has a sign outside says customer can eat in the eating area inside the shop. I just need a place where I can stand to eat

Shop assistant said NOT POSSIBLE

I was very upset, i asked the shop assistant to forward my complaint to the boss

But I NEVER receive any feedback.

IT's such disgrace for you on Lawson's brand , on Hakone's reputation and Japanese...

최악 최저 인종차별의 편의점입니다.

2024.06.06 저녁에 방문했습니다. 평범하게 라면, 물, 집기등을 구매하고 계산을 요구했고 문제없이 진행되는 가 싶었는데 비닐봉투를 요구하자 금발머리 남자직원이 뭐? 뭐? 이런 표정으로 못알아 듣는 듣이 행동했습니다. 저는 단번에 외국인에 대한 차별이라고 느꼈고 구글번역으로 봉투라고 일본어를 검색해 보여줬더니 판매하는 봉투를 찾으러 매장을 돌아다녔습니다. 없다는 점원의 말에 이걸 다 손으로 들고가라는 거냐고 했더니 또 뭐? 라며 못알아듣는 포즈를 취했고 너무 화가나는 상황에 지켜보던 일본인 아주머니가 뭐가 문제냐며 도와주셨습니다.

그제야 금발머리 남자직원은 자기 바로앞에 있는 비닐봉투를 퉁명스럽게 뜯어 저희 상품위에 던져버렸고 결제를 하고 난 뒤 영수증 또한 저희에게 던져버리고 자리를 피했습니다.

외국인에 대한 차별이 엄청난 가게이며 왜 밑에 세븐일레븐은 제품이 없고 로손엔 많은지 이해가 되는 부분이었습니다.

리뷰를 쓰고보니 악명높은 곳이었네요 최악의 경험을 피하고 싶다면 이런곳은 절대...

Mấy lần trước tính không đúng giá sản phẩm , tôi đã bỏ qua vì không mất nhiều tiền. Đến Hôm nay lại một lần nữa nhân viên tính sai giá sản phẩm và tôi muốn trả lại sản phẩm đó thì nhân viên lại nói 面倒く際 và chỉ có 20¥ 面倒くさい😀　。ばかやろう　more than 3 times like that. The price they display and the price they charge are different. everyone be careful。
