We arrived here for kebabs at 8:30pm and they were all sold out so we could only order from the a la carte menu. After ordering, we waited almost an hr for our food, only to realise they would bring them out one by one, no matter how many of the same order there was. Our group ordered 4 buffalo wings, but instead of coming out all at once, they came out at extremely sporadic times that they even almost forgot about the last 2. It’s almost as if they only have 1 fryer in the kitchen? By this time we had waited already an hr and a half for the rest of our food that came out one by one, so we decided to just get the last parts of our order taken away. Some of the food was also quite small in serving sizes. We also ordered cocktails / drinks but all our drinks had more soft drink/mixer than any alcohol. Read moreAfter spending a week enjoying all the amazing food on this street in Hakuba, I was surprised at just how terrible the food and service was even though I didn’t have high hopes for this place. No cutlery were given to us and we were provided with a half empty water jug when I asked for water. Ordered a steak kebab and received a cold salad kebab instead with a small sprinkling of meat. My friend also ordered some sushi but after all our meals arrived we never saw that sushi arrive.
Honestly for the price they’re charging you’re better going up the road for some quality ramen for the same price or even hitting up the convenience store for some better quality food.
Please please please do not waste your time and money coming here, go and enjoy some real traditional Japanese food not this sad excuse for...
Read moreI like this place. It's a big sports bar style bar that also serves kebabs. I have been here mid season and at the end of the season, obviously at the end it's not so busy. BUT we went in and they switched the big screen TV over to the English football for me which was much appreciated. They have a range of Aussie beers to cater to the foreign tourists and it was nice to drink a couple that I hadn't had for years. The kebabs themselves are tasty and ¥1000 for a mixed wrap style kebab was just the ticket.....it's been so long since I ended a night with a kebab!! :D The staff are friendly and speak a bit of English, 1 guy was fluent. Good fun if yo are in a group as they have darts and ping pong, would be great if they had a...
