A modern gym with many cardio machines and all the strength-training essentials. Facilities were clean and the lighting was good. I bought a one-day pass and was satisfied with the experience (the service was not amazing, but also not rude).
Some advice for travelers wanting to use this gym: Cost is 2000 yen, for a 2-hr max session You must buy the pass before 6pm Weekdays you can drop in, but weekend passes are now reservation-based (my guess is you have to call in to check for available times) Bring your passport/ID! Bring enough water, as they have no refill stations (they do have a vending machine) Any tattoos must be covered

The place is immaculately clean. No towel is provided but there are plenty of spray bottle. Equipment is alright, free weights only go up to 30kg and there's only one squat rack and one Smith machine. Be mindful there is no water fountain to refill your bottle, so bring enough water.
