I understand that each company or store has its own way of working and rules. But I’ve never seen such a terrible way of doing it. Arrived before the store opened and there was barely anyone in line and plenty of space. The door girl looks at us, walks inside and gets an umbrella and tells us to stand on a corner not undercover while it’s snowing heavily?? As soon as we asked why we can’t stand in line where we already were she rolled her eyes at us and went to get more staff, who walked out to tell us and her that we could stand in line… yeah go figure… 🤨 what luxury company tells their customers to stand in the snow? I didn’t end up buying a big bottle of fragrance and I didn’t buy anything else that I wanted as that put such a bad taste in my mouth. Also making customers line up to “have the best experience” but your staff doesn’t even suggest any other products or ask any questions. The whole thing...

Unfriendly to visitors DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

They just tried so hard to look like a luxury store. There were at least 7/8 sales in the store but only one or two groups were allowed to get in. The sales outside asked us to wait at a corner not even close to the store, even tho there were space in front of the store. While we were waiting for 30 mins in line, they would push us to step forward even tho there was literally NO SPACE (and it was targeted at us, not other visitors defuk). While we were waiting in the line, local visitors were waiting at the end without being asked to go to a corner 🙄. Packing also requires one-hr waiting. Everything is just so confusing ab this store...

High pressure sales tactics store! Waited for almost an hour to get in because they only allow two groups in the store at one time. I understand it’s for customer’s better experience. But I don’t have a good experience at all. One staff is “serving” the customer one on one, which means I have to tell him which fragrance I wanna try, then wait for him to spray and handle me the test strips. With the line of people outside of the store and the staff waiting, I feel I need to be quick. Only tried a few smells and none of them blew my mind, including the city exclusive one. Got out of the store within 5 minutes and bought nothing. Would rather shop somewhere else with more easiness...
