DO NOT COME HERE!
As a repeat customer, it’s sad that I need to write this review. I came here about 1 year ago, and noticed a few flies but didn’t think anything of it. I came back and there are more flies than before. Significantly more. Not only that, but the staff seem like they do not want you here. We arrived as a party of 4, and the staff mentioned that each person must order 1 item. We just came from dinner and my parents do not like sweets, we were willing to order 3 and eat it between just two people. The staff refused despite the restaurant being EMPTY with no other customers. I understand enforcing this rule if there is a line, but when the restaurant is empty is ridiculous. This rule actually cost the restaurant money, as both my parents left and we just ordered 2 items. It also cost them a future customer as I will NOT be coming back especially with the flies. I did not notice the flies until ordering and sitting down or else I would have just...
Read moreGreat food experience! The dish was so creative and delicious! Its worth a wait but i’d be better if the waiting experience can be better. Waiting in front of the counter was kinda weird.
Anyway, I’d love to come back again because they’re so many dishes i want to try out.
I ordered the berry berry white & the zenzai set. We didn’t expect much. But the berry shaved ice is a big surprise. Surrounded by fluffy whipped cream and refreshing ice + berries inside. Its even better that the sweetness is in a good amount. For the zenzai set, seem like too many beans. But the texture is so various. Love it all.
Really want to be back bc there’re so many i want to try including dessert and alcohol options.
The atmosphere also very lively but quite crowded but its a good crowded. Good contemporary decoration. Table arrangements space was ok. They also provide...
Read more8.15pm, my daughter (3yo) fancies a dessert so we stop there as it is open until 9pm. My daughter orders a mango shaved ice (about 15$) and we sit down. The place is empty expect for us and two girls. After 5 min the waitress comes over to tell us that it is one item per person minimum. I apologize and say sorry I’m not hungry, she is the only one wanting a dessert (again the place is mostly empty, we are not holding off the queue or taking someone else’s space). She insists that I need to order something and I say jokingly, would you rather have me wait outside (I’m 7 months pregnant). Well… I ended up actually waiting outside for real while watching my 3 yo eat a dessert through the window… for 20 minutes. During all of that time it wouldn’t have come to the mind of the person to realise how ridiculous this is and...
