I approached the counter to order, and picked up the menu on the counter to take a look. Then the barista behind the counter snatched the menu out of my hand. I was shocked. And so was my spouse. He told us to go save a seat first and then come back to order. When we tried to order a drip coffee from Guatemala, a seasonal special, they didn’t know it was on their menu (?), and then once they realized it was their special, they made sure many times that Guatemala was the name of the type of coffee.
