I am from Singapore and was looking to propose in Kyoto in April during the cherry blossoms season. After looking at a few shops, only Ryoko and team can fulfil the requirement of my proposal bouquet and also, only Ryoko and team could speak English, so I have chosen them and this was the best decision ever.

Due to the early blooms and sudden changes in weather, plans had to be changed. Ryoko and team are very accommodating and flexible and catered to my changes patiently.

Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am. Nahoko is very proficient in English, sincere and friendly in helping out with my changes and request. Proposal was a huge success with the awesome handcrafted bouquet by Ryoko and Nahoko.

Japan's first experience of order flowers, wedding photo company's bouquet flowers can't look for them. I can't only find them in Kyoto city. Finally, I chose this "Nishimura Flower Shop", mainly her Google Review, the flowers bought by the customers, really amazing to me. After communicating (they can communicate in english as well), I finally added the flowers for the headdress. Because it was the fall shooting, l asked if I could use autumn leaves. I would remember when I look back, it was autumn leaves. At first, she said that autumn leaves were difficult to maintain, and would soon be crispy, but in the end she still provided me with autumn leaves....

Ryoko is an incredibly talented florist and ikebana artist. I asked her to put together an arrangement for my marriage proposal. I gave some guidelines for color palette, shape, and preferred flowers, but I wanted her to have enough freedom to express her creativity, and the result truly exceeded expectations. It turned out so much better than what I had envisioned. Her customer service was also exceptional, and accommodated all of our needs, including delivery to the venue, then pickup from the venue and delivery to our hotel, with supplies included to keep the flowers fresh.
