We came at 13:45 on a Thursday and there was 2 seats available so we were seated immediately. We ordered the steak sandwich and added garlic mushrooms to the sandwich.

The food was some of the priciest we’ve had in Osaka, but both of us agreed it was absolutely worth it as we watched the chefs put our sandwiches together with a huge amount of fresh high quality steak in each sandwich.

The steak was absolutely incredible. Cooked I would say at a medium rare, it was the perfect texture and the mustard sauce complimented it so well. The bread was perfect, they had stuck this on the grill also and it was nice and buttery. There’s also plenty of condiments on offer to add a bit more flavour to your sandwich if you feel it needs it, such as Sriracha, salt and Tabasco. The sandwich was amazing, I wish I’d eaten it slower to enjoy it even more, I could have definitely eaten another out of pure greed.

I normally don’t write negative posts but I was really disappointed by the way how the 3 workers were disrespectful towards us clients while eating. They were laughing very loudly since the beginning until we left after eating, dancing in the kitchen right before us, talking very loudly, clapping in their hands and knocking on our table (we sat right before the kitchen) while we were eating. I have never seen this kind of rude behavior in any country before. The music was also very loud so we could barely speak to each other calmly and enjoy the food. I think it should be basic manner that the staff behaves properly and professionally while the customer eats. Concerning the food, the Japanese omelette sandwich was very good, the steak sandwich was too raw and very tough to eat. The matcha tasted bitter.
