Good store, good selection (except for the weirdly placed Lanvins and Miharas at the entrance)
Stocking of many good Japanese darkwear brands. Bought a leather jacket for around 1.3k. Asked the staff if they were gonna have a discount on black Friday. Staff said no. I say okay will have to put up with it. Picked up the money in cash (Had to pay a quite large fee because I‘m a foreigner) and came back the next day. Staff said they actually do have a black Friday sale! On Friday! 20% off. My Problem is I had to leave one day before. Asked him if he could give me the discount ONE DAY before, and I would spend the rest of the money (180k Yen) at the store as well (I was interested in some gloves)
The guy says „no“ and became very rude afterwards, when I kept asking saying things like „If you want to spend your money than spend it“. Very unpleasant attitude towards a customer who was spending MORE THAN 1.3K USD ON ONE ITEM. Ended up getting the jacket because it wasn‘t available anywhere else. Would never buy here again unless for items that I could not get anywhere else. 0 Tolerance and Customer understanding and service for...

Read moreI found this unique shop by chance while walking around the Shinsaibashi. They had a great selection of brands, especially I liked Yohji Yamamoto, DHYGEN, and DEVOA. The way they displayed their products was cool and reminded me of a modern art museum. The staff was attentive, not pushy, and quick to help when needed. What I liked is that they offered the option of online ordering, when I am not around, which is really convenient, as for me. Even though my Japanese isn't very strong, I had no trouble asking about sizes. Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you're traveling to Japan and want to get something truly unique...
