I’ve been here multiple times, first it only opens between 8-17 hours, already bit annoying cuz always a long line . That I can deal with. Yet although most of times the service good, I had came across a rude lady that practically slam my passport at me when I gave her to inspect if I am authorized for a tourist pass. Lady you can ask me to turn to the exact page with the landing stamp instead of returning my passport in a rude and unprofessional way saying “ not passport, landing stamp” . Seriously where else will the landing stamp go other than a passport? And slamming it in-front of a customer? I can understand you got a bad day, but you are acting like a misbehave 3 year old.
