여기 loft 매장은 화장품이 정말 많았어요. 특히 다른 곳에서는 찾을 수 없었던 캔메이크 상품도 있어서 구입했어요 ㅎㅎ 또 문구류나 소품 등도 엄청 많았는데, 여기서 꽃이 그려진 예쁜 손수건도 선물로 구입했어요. 이번에 여행 다니면서 친구에게 선물할 것을 항상 고민하고 찾고 있었는데, 꽃이 그려진 손수건을 보는 순간 고민도 없이 구매했던 것 같아요. 구입한 손수건의 내구성이 좋았으면 좋겠어요 ... 오래오래 사용해도 해지지 않게, 그리고 손수건을 볼 때마다 날 떠올려주길.

I am feeling extremely DISAPPOINTED & ANGRY to this store🔥🔥🔥 . I went shopping and got tax-free for purchasing more than ¥5500. After I paid for my products their cashier staff took all the products together with my passport from Cashier to Tax Free Counter which was just behind the cashier. It took 10-15 mins for the whole progress and we kept standing aside, in case they lost my passport. When I went to the Tax-Free Counter finally, they have already packed my stuffs and just returned me the receipts and tax-free refund. I didn’t even get a chance to check my stuffs and I am unable to unpack the bag due to the Tax-free policy. Now I have left Japan and came back to my Home Country. I discovered than some of the products are missing. . EVERYONE REMEMBER ‼️ Check your stuffs carefully cuz they may miss some products🔥🔥 🚫I will blacklist...

Everything was fine before getting the tax refund. This shop was crowded with people and long queue for payment which was understandable. However, the middle age male staff at tax refund counter was very rough. Making so much loud noise when taking out the money, passports and my stuff! After I got my things, he threw the basket at his maximum strength back to the basket stand. Oh well… what makes you so angry??? I didn’t even say a word or anything. This should be my worst experience ever in my Japan trips and blacklist this shop. If you are not urgently buying anything, away from this Loft. Hands should have more or less the same stuffs with better...

Terrible customer and tax return service. They kept my passport at the counter even though they are not a government authority. When I went to pick up my passport and the item I purchased, all they did was to show the name page and ask if that’s mine. Another person could literally take someone else passport by mistake or with intention.

Other stores I have been to, only ask for my passport and scan the QR code to precess tax free refund and return the passport to me right away. Loft’s services is very...
