SUSHI RESTAURANT HIBI HAREBARE — Restaurant in Osaka

We came here after not being sure where to go during a rainy day and stumbled upon this gem and what a blessing it has been! We were having a few problems with our phones loading the QR codes but Ayumi was so sweet and helpful! We decided to try some sake and not only did she explain the whole process of how to properly drink it she also gave us some tasters. Chan who was preparing our sushi right in front of us was so bubbly and sweet and would tell us the dishes we thought looked good so we could order them. All in all we would wholeheartedly recommend and will be coming back very shortly to try their set lunch!

The women who served customers have very poor attitude, it made us feel we are wrong if we don't order any drinks. The transparent cup for water is very low and shallow, and so we quickly ran out of water. Waitresses look very discontent when we request to refill water. Actually we don't mind if they can put a jar of water on our table, just like many other restaurants.

Not understand why they look unwilling and rude when serving customers. Food was served very slowly, seems no one cares if food items are missing and not coming

It is a convenient restaurant inside Lucua mall, but service is very poor and made us feel upset...

It’s located at the B2 level of Lucua mall, we ended here because after 2pm, there weren’t many restaurants still open. Wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of sushi, it was very fresh, well prepared, and this restaurant uses brown rice instead of your regular white rice.

It’s a place for a fairly quick bite, but the staff were friendly, we didn’t feel rushed at all. And the price was very reasonable.

If there were one thing to point out, I think the cut of the fish could be better & more skillful, one piece of tuna I had were not cut precisely, so it was...
