What a horrible experience as a foreigner. The wait staff argued with one another because neither wanted to take care of us. The young guy demanded that we order a drink the moment we sat down, even before we had a chance to glance at the menu. I asked for a minute, but he said, “No, you order now.” Then throughout the whole night he kept putting his finger up telling us to wait while he just walked around looking for other people to help. I understand that English isn’t part of the education system there, but I tried really hard to use an app to translate everything, smile, and be polite. I really liked the food here! It's not super high-end foods or anything, but all of it was really tasty. The sashimi was fresh and some of the sashimi really stood out for it's texture. The omelette was so tasty as well! Very savory. We also ordered the hamachi collar which we all agreed was crisped perfectly and had great seasoning. Croquet was very tasty as well. You can get a lot of small dishes and they were all good for us. Only downside is it's a bit cramped and the service seemed a bit too busy so wasn't super attentive to us. I don't usually give negative reviews but I didn't enjoy my experience here. Firstly it was good they had English menu but I see the menu is limited and not the same as the japanese one and prices were different. The non-japanese tables weren't give fresh towels and the Fujiko's choice sashimi was 1300yen instead of 599yen on the japanese menu. The food was fresh but nothing to write home about.
