This was the only hospital to take in my father who was (unknowingly) having a heart failure at 12 midnight. He was admitted at the end of March to mid-April.
As foreigners, and without Japanese insurance, it was a costly hospital bill. However, the systematic and immediate action every staff, nurse, and doctor made it all worth it. My father underwent an aortic valve replacement within 16 hours from admission. Although it was the most dreadful hours for my family, everybody was emphatic in our situation.
The team behind Danilo-san’s admission, surgery, and recovery have provided us with the best hospitality and service. They are patient when it comes to translating from Japanese to English. Explained everything to us thoroughly and provided options in payment terms.
I don’t think this is a private institution which is why we have to look/provide for some of the necessities my father needed during his 3-week stay. Nevertheless, their equipment, service, and standard is better, more efficient, and faster than if this were to happen in our home country.
Thank you everyone for your help. Healthcare workers are indeed everyday heroes. Most of all, I am grateful for how we have been treated with their utmost consideration towards us...

All the team of nurses too were caring and trustworthy. I give this hospital a 9/10 or...
