Excellent attitude and helpful services. Two staff were diligently helping me to look for clinic to fix a finger disjoint issue on 28 June, 2024 around 17:30. They literally went through a list of available clinic, called up one by one to locate a best place for me to get it fixed. Heartfelt appreciation to the staff (2 nice ladies, one speak English and one speak Japanese). I am really thankful for them to make all the necessary calls non-stop to look for clinic - ultimately to even find a orthopaedic clinic - a spot on one to fix my finger issue. They offer comfort and care about my situation. Without them helping, i could be paranoid for the entire trip and will keep panic for days. I am now recovered after visiting the orthopaedic clinic they helped to locate. Much appreciate...

You could ask as many questions as you want and they can answer all of them. They're really helpful and they're really nice and really kind to us. We are asked a lot of questions at a lot of ways to go to her stations but they could answer Them. They're also stuff selling at the tourist information in Osaka there were lots of cute stuff like a bear holding a age number to give like a gift for somebody's birthday. It's really adorable there's also some grape juice. I really like going there because they're really coming to us. My daughter is messing around with the review buttons she clicked it like five times and they didn't even complain us. I really like the people there even though the accident wasn't really that amazing we still could communicate...

"Is this a tourist information desk or something? I asked for information about Tax Free and how I can claim it. The two ladies at the desk didn't have any information. On top of that, they started talking about her experience she travels to many countries, even though I didn't ask them about that. What I actually wanted to know was how to get a tax refund for my shopping, but they seemed clueless. When I asked them a question, they acted like smarty sent me to costume office. I've never seen anything like that before. Also, I'm wondering where the helpful Japanese people are. I haven't gotten any...
