Terrible terrible terrible staff behaviors!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been so angry in my life. This shop really spoilt my experience in Japan. I never knew Japan have such RUDE people. Whole time here I was loving it and everyone is polite. But this shop is terrible!!! Especially the old man who work there. CDG really need to review their staffs for this shop. I will never ever step on this shop again. I admit I was wrong taking photo of the lining up cause I was explaining to my sister I am queueing up for it on Whatsapp. He saw it and raised his voice on me. Really? Is it necessary???? Just say nicely no photo. How would I know? And then I told him he should said it nicely, he still kept saying No Photo with loud voice. I told him I know but he should said it nicely not shouting. And he said I'm RUDE. How can I be rude when he is the one shouting at me and I'm asking him to say nicely. Most terrible Japanese I ever seen. Really don't go there, they...

I'm sorry, as much as I love CDG, this store is just cancer. Staff does not feel like they want to be working there at all. Asked the staff a question nicely and got a very cold reply and absolutely zero help. They were also overly strict about the no camera rule when people were just holding their phones in their hands. You don't have to yell out exactly what's on the sign, we can read bro. Also, what's funny is, 90% of the time the store is sold out with only like 3 t shirts hanging, what's there to even take a picture of.

Unless you're going super early on a restock day, don't come here. You're better off buying CDG...

I came to the shop in the morning and staff ( a man who is old and not tall ) is very rude. He saw me held my phone in my hand ,suddenly he said " no photo" . I will ask him a model that I'm looking for from my phone, but he always kept saying " no picture". I hardly tried to explain that " I didn't take a picture of your store but he didn't listen to me and finally when he knew he was wrong he only said " I see ". No apologize or say something that he feels sorry that misunderstood.

I came to Japan so many times but never met the person who very rude...
