Namba LOFT — Local services in Osaka

I visited Loft Namba on Thur (20th Dec) evening and there is a very rude male staff working on the 3rd floor doing customers’ tax refund. He is a Japanese (from his name tag, I forgot his name), he did not greet me from the start nor greet me at the end when I get my cash tax refund back, nor talking to me. I might not understand Japanese but I understood an ordinary salesperson no matter in whatever country would greet their customer “Thank you” (arigatougozaimasu) after purchasing, but this salesperson said NOTHING, NOTHING! Unless he is a mute whom I should not complain, by paying 1.1% service charge from the 8% tax I returned does not worth the service I received. This service charge is not deserved to be paid to them and I do not recommend to shop...

Namba LOFT, located on level 5 of Namba Parks, is a fantastic place to browse and shop!

The store has a wide range of items from household goods and stationery to gadgets and lifestyle products.

It’s well-organized, stylish, and full of interesting finds. My wife and I ended up spending about an hour here just exploring.

Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy unique, quality...

We were able to find many souvenir items here, like Japanese calligraphy tools, rain/shine parasols, summer hats, and cheap jewelry. However for tax free, we had to go to another floor and wait in another separate line, where they took a cut out of the tax free refund as a service charge. It was pretty inconvenient, so if I had to go again, I'd find another location...
