I went in at 3:30pm to get some food while waiting for my entrance to the sailor moon museum at 4pm. It was a weird hour to try and order a lunch set, but it ended up being a delightful meal. They played fun music, the servers were all very nice, and the food was DELICIOUS! I got the karaage lunch set, and ordered three skewers of different yakitori. The karaage was extremely juicy and flavorful. It was my first time trying chicken hearts, and while they were really good, one of them tasted slightly more gamey than the rest. Still delicious, though, but not perfect. The Service WAS perfect, and the atmoaphere was great, but I had to remove a star because one of the employees made some extremely loud screeching noise on metal when trying to move a box or two....twice lol. That being said, I had a very enjoyable experience.

We ordered chicken skewers, chicken skin, chicken meatballs with cheese, and asparagus (sorry, I do not recall the names of the dishes in Japanese.) It was my first time having yakitori, so that was fun but I just didn’t find the taste to my preference. The iced oolong tea I had was great and the smell of the cooked food and coals, chef’s kiss!
As a note, this place is in a mall where you kind of have to go inside the mall, walkthrough to an outdoor area and then enter another area to take an elevator. This restaurant, along with a couple others, are in the 7th floor.

Read moreA basic yakitori restaurant with good food but poor service. We went as a group of 7 with a reservation and the girl working there had a bad attitude from the start. She was rude, curt, and made it clear how unhappy she was with banging things down and violently snapping stuff shut like her order-taking tablet. The food was good, but nothing above and beyond any other yakitori place. A couple of the items from their page of original yakitori was kind of cool, but nothing to write home about. With so many other places to explore and discover in the neighborhood, I wouldn't recommend spending your time...
