The location is directly opposite Namba City and namba park. Book this hotel for your last day where you can take the Nankai train directly to the airport! You just had to roll your luggage for 5 minutes to the building directly opposite and off you go! Toilets on the first floor meant for public use were clean and immaculate with thoughtful makeup dressing table area. Public cubicled toilets were clean and had the cool tap function on top of the toilet bowl! Beware there is no lift and you have to lug your luggage up, highest 4th floor. The staff though, will offer to help if not you can ask for it. The rooms were spacious and had the amenities such as towels and bathrobes in a box neatly packed for your arrival. They have also written a lovely note to welcome you placed on your bed. My room only had towels meant for 1 person instead of 2, hence I had to go down to inform the staff. The staff was very apologetic and came up to my room and gave me the correct amenities quantity. The toilet design is well thought where there is a mirror infront of the shower. It is a nice and new boutique hotel. There will be no staff from 11pm to 9am, but you will be free to check out or enter the premises with a passcode given to you. The only cons is that the soundproof of the rooms is very bad, you could hear every single word the next door people are having. But again, the sound went off after the next door neighours' are back into their rooms. Otherwise, i will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend to all!

Favors are earned, not extorted from paying guests through petty power plays and middle-managerial manipulation. Deleting a photo doesn’t erase the truth, just your integrity. Be kind. There was never any gesture of 'goodwill' as the hotel replied. It was a conditional agreement for their good image, where the pictures had to be deleted or they would not give paying guests a restitution on a room with mold. This was a very threatening experience for us. There are two redeeming qualities about this hotel. The first one is the location and the second the staff (Whom we only saw once). Unfortunately it's not enough to excuse the absolutely filthy rooms. There's layers upon layers of dust, the toilet permanently smells, we have black mold behind our wallpaper that is falling off the wall, the window is broken and paperthin so it's freezing cold in the room, but don't think about turning on the heater cause that thing looks like it comes straight out of a horror movie. The bed is broken, the hairdryer is broken, the window is broken. I myself am broken after spending actual money on this place. I am truly worried about when this room was last vacuumed and about what other hidden filth might be in my sheets. Is there anything worse than that feeling?? No — no is the correct answer here.

It’s a small room and not enough hooks / clothes hangers. Once you open both luggages there is literally no more space to walk. Shared toilets outside of our room, which I believe is for the rooms without their own toilets. It’s not sound proof, due to the location beside the station you could still hear trains passing by or neighbours when they talk too loudly. We had a few neighbours who had kids whaling their lungs out. Windows is tinted and locked too, can’t see natural sunlight. We booked two rooms, one of the rooms feels very dusty, the other room the air con doesn’t work too well. Luckily weather was cold for the few days we were there so the air con didn’t really mattered. Check in is fast free, great location. Mixed feelings about this hotel.

Reserved this hotel when our first choice fell through. Thus I did not research it as thoroughly as I would have wanted.||Stayed 5 nights with my family in 2 rooms.||PROS-||-Price was right. For this area the price we paid was quite good.| |-Location is excellent. Namba is a great location because of its proximity to so many shopping venues and is a transport hub. You are literally steps from the Namba mall complex and the train stations connected thereto, a convenience store is right beside you (par for Japanese cities), there are massage places also within 3 minutes walk, less than 5 mins walk from Ebisubashi and less than 10 mins walk from Dohtonbori. You are especially close to DenDen town and there are a lot of great dining options (where mostly locals eat, not just the tourists).||-Decent toilet - Toilet size and layout was good for Japan. Separate shower stall though a lack of hooks and racks. Toilet paper was a disappointing 1-ply that you get in public toilets though.||PRO TIP - If you play your cards right and the mall is open, you can be at the hotel within 3 minutes of getting off the Nankai trains from Kansai Airport. Instead of taking the exit every else uses when you get off, take the last stairs (dont use it if your luggage is too heavy though) heading in the opposite direction. You will get out at the mall just opposite the hotel. When you get out of station and enter the mall, you will see an elevator. When you get out of the elevator just keep on going in the same direction and you will see exits out of the mall which will be just about opposite the hotel.||CONS-||- NO ELEVATOR! If you have large luggage and/or are traveling with the anyone who can't handle stairs (and in Japan, they are generally steeper than normal), you may want to give this a pass.||-Beds are HARD. Yes, beds are firm in Asia. I'm asian. Other reviews featured this so suffice it to say that its a hard bed with springs that can hurt your back. It needs a topper. ||- NO STAFF. Reminiscent of staying in an AirBNB, your contact with the management is all via email and messaging apps. Though the good thing is they are very professional about responding immediately and they have all the answers for you. ||-Cleaning is not every day. I think they clean every 3 days. The good thing is you can schedule it with the hotel. As for toiletries and towels, they're at the lobby and you can pick up a fresh set every day if you want.||-No furniture in the room. We stayed in a room with a small double bed. You have a chair and a ledge-table. Nothing else. No closets and a strange shortage of hooks for hanging your clothes. ||SUMMARY -If you're staying here you may as well have the mindset that youre staying in a very well located AirBNB. Do NOT expect hotel level...
