Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka — Hotel in Osaka

I stayed 6 nights at one bedroom executive king. The room is spacious, big and clean, it had washer/dryer in the room too which make it convenient for us to travel light which very important to us. Location is ideal and walkable 5 to 10min to Dotonbori, Namba metro station for travelling to other attraction places such like Nara park etc and 3 min walk to Namba Nakai station to take limited express train to airport. Nearby also have Ippudo , McDonald and family mart. But Most importantly is the whole team of staffs from housekeeping to front desk which made this apartment so special that make our stay so safe and pleasant. Their service is top notch , will always greet their customer with smile. My baby fall sick during the trip and i seek front desk for help.. unfortunately kids clinic is not open on Saturday & Sunday hence got to wait for Monday Morning which the front desk staff help us call and book appointments with the kid clinic and also help us ensure the doctor will speak English. They are very attentive to their guest and ensure each shift of staffs will know what going on/happen to their guest stay with them whenever they change shift. How I know, is when I seek help it was on day time. When they had changed shift, night shift staff will keep checking with me on asking how my baby is whenever I pass by the front desk and keep ensuring me if need any help, they will be always be here to help and also shortlist few emergency hospital for me. Their action really let me and my wife feel so secure and safe. Definitely will stay here again without second thoughts when i travel to...

Comfortable stay with more space. Stayed at one bedroom suite that can accommodate 3 guests using extra bed, more spacw for living area. For studio room, more space than average in Japan's city hotel yet expected to be larger than this a little bit. Fully equipped kitchen, closet, and washing machine. Good location with shoppes, department store, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Near Namba station and able to walk to may places like dotonbori, takashimaya, den-den town, kitchenware street, kiromon ichiba market, shinsaibashi, and etc. Nice place for both short term and long term stay, also good for family. No in-house parking but there is paid parking nearby at Namba city with contracted rate for 24hrs parking. The accessing information and location of parking can be asked from staff. Overall experience here is good enough, staffs are helpful and able to speak English.

However, the process of making reservation via email is slow, somehow in my case some emails take more than 2-3 days (weekdays) for replying which I didn't expect this to happen. I just thought that it could be faster and better than this. Another point is that there is no parking there and need to park at nearby place, just space to park for a while to drop off luggage which is not convenient when there are more guests and cars. I stayed here last summer and I forgot to write a review on this hotel. I was looking around for a hotel in Osaka that was close to a station and would be able to accommodate a family of 4 and I stumbled onto this hotel. When I looked into this place for the first time, I was amazed to find out that not only it can accommodate for what I needed, but it had amenities like a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a small dining table for us to eat if we brought any food back.

Once we got to the hotel, I was expecting it to be a great place to stay at and even my expectations were exceeded by it. The hotel staff was one of the best I've ever seen when traveling as they were very helpful with questions we had about going around the the city or when we needed help for something. One of the other best parts as well with this hotel is its location. The hotel is located right next to the Namba station, which only took just a minute to get to from here. Plus, the hotel is located near other popular places such as Dotonbori, Namba Parks, and the Kuromon Market. For what we paid for our weeklong stay here, it is a very great price for what the hotel offers. If I ever go to Osaka again, this will be my go-to hotel going forward and I will look forward to the excellent service that this...
