Ordered one slice of strawberry mille crepe cake for takeout and it was delicious! Strawberries were fresh and the crepe layers paired well with it. However the ordering process for the cake was very disappointing. You would expect ordering slices of cake to be quick and easy, especially since the cake is in the display already baked. However, their process was inefficient and frustrating. When we first arrived, the line was stopped as they were loading new cakes that had arrived, which is fine. After delivery was done, and we placed an order, we waited an additional 30 minutes just to receive the one slice of cake ordered. The slices of cake are not pre sliced, and the three servers are slicing them as they come. Process is not efficient either - we saw the same cake being taken in and out of the display even if it was needed for consecutive orders. Whether it's pre slicing the cake in the display or in the back, I definitely think there is a better solution that will prevent customers from waiting so long. DON’T GO IF YOU ARE NON-JAPANESE SPEAKING VISITOR !

I’ve been visiting this cafe a number of years and I found the service, food and atmosphere were excellent. Unfortunately recently I found they treat non-Japanese speaking customers differently. Three days ago I went there for lunch and ordered their lunch set which included a pasta entree, & one piece of their cakes selection. I love their white chocolate cake so I tried to order one. The waitress said I could not have this with the set and I was left to select one of the three fruit tarts (which doesn’t look too attractive). Moment later and to my astonishment I noted the Japanese lady sitting at the table next to mine was free to choose the white chocolate cake with her lunch set! I could not comprehend why the cafe management treats their non-Japanese customer differently. This is a huge disappointment and I don’t think I will visit this...

First I got left in the corner and waited for 25mins when other ppl who came with me have already gotten their food. Then when the tea came, I found out the milk holder wasn’t clean. The stains were even moveable. There were leaves inside. I didn’t drink any tea after I realized the milk I poured in was dirty. I told the girl in the black suit who looks like she is in charge that I want a new tea pot new cup new milk.
