安かろう悪かろうなのでしょうか。 待望のプラチナバンド始動で契約後オプション契約の確認をして貰いながら、指示通り行いました。 ですが、いざオプションを使うと違約金の発生。 それぞれの窓口は連携が取れておらず問い合わせにかなりの時間を要します。 ネットで手続きの為、店舗でも解決には至りません。 今時顧客満足度を重視しない企業がある事に驚きです。 調べた所、同様の不満の意見は多く、人手が足りないのかクレーム等は放置された状態。 期待値が高かっただけに何とも言えないです。 20年程度、他キャリアでこんな問題が起きた事は無く、キャリア変更をしなければ良かったです。

口コミが良くなく、近くの阪急三番街か茶屋町のお店に行こうかと迷いましたが、ヨドバシカメラが好きなのでこちらのお店に訪問しました。 ドコモからのMNPで日曜日の１５時頃で混雑する時間帯の訪問でしたが、１８時半には終了しました。 ３時間半のうち、１時間半はドコモのMNP番号の発行のためにドコモと電話をしていた時間なので、実質的には楽天モバイルでの事務処理は２時間くらいでした。なお、私はスマホとipadの２台をドコモから楽天モバイルに移行し、あわせて楽天Turboも契約したので単純に倍以上時間はかかったと思います。スマホだけの機種変更であればもう少し早いのかもしれません。 口コミが良くないのでどんな感じなんだろうと思って多少身構えていましたが、担当していた方はこちらの質問にも的確に回答頂き、手順もわりやすく、スムーズに楽天モバイルへ変更することができました。 私は移動中にTverやYouTuberを見るので、ネットワーク品質が１番気になっていましたが、大阪では電車（地下鉄含む）では、いまのところ気になる点はありません。ただ、人が多い場所では、繋がらなくなったり、場所によってたまに圏外になることがあります。また、建物の中はドコモに比べて電波が弱いです。。。30年超ドコモを使っていましたが、ドコモも昔は同じような状態でした。 いまのところは多少は我慢で、成長途中で、使っていくなかで一緒に成長していくキャリアだと思います、近い将来、たまになる圏外や建物内のつながりが改善さ...
