You sit down and review all of the services you reserved. The venue is clean, modern, quiet and secure. All properties that I personally prefer when searching for a massage. The reservation process is easy to understand as their website has Japanese and English options. The therapists each have their own pages, rewarding customers who like to research. I decided to choose Yuji. Yuji was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He guided me through each step of the process in English, understood my broken Japanese and even taught me some of the local Osaka dialect. Yuji started off the service being conversational, and as we eased into the massage we became silent. Excellent attention to detail and very helpful to a newcomer. 40/40 perfect score Highly recommend for massage if you are in Osaka.

Had a few problems finding the place. Entrance is quite obscure. I got a body scrub and massage. The young man seemed to take pleasure in scrubbing a layer of skin off me. He spoke English. Very pleasant and friendly. I left with silky soft skin and feeling very relaxed. Well worth a visit. I added a picture of the entrance. It may help.

I went here for the first time and the first thing I did was, of course, call for reservation. The reservation was smooth because the manager could speak good English. He was also very great in explaining the services and the pricing.

I booked for Yuji because he was recommended and I am glad that he was the one recommended to me. He spoke great English and was very good in the massage. This was my first time for a massage in Japan even though I’ve been living here for 2 years.

The ambiance and the preliminary services were also awesome. Even post massage Yuji and I talked for a bit which made me feel more connected to the massage. It was really awesome. I would definitely go back here whenever I am in Osaka.

I even called again to make sure that the manager will know my feedback. Now I was able to write this feedback. I feel great to share this place to everyone. 😊

I was there in April and I was very happy with WATARU (ワタル Nº71)! Absolutely outstanding experience! The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive. The therapist was attentive, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Thank you for providing such a fantastic service! Highly recommend to anyone this experience and I think 2 hours are best for first timers.
