The location is amazing. Just few minutes walking from Hommachi Station exit 25. It's also close to another exit with elevator access if you bring large luggage. There's also few konbinis nearby the hotel. Restaurants and coffee shops are just walking distance. Although the room is not large but it's comfortable enough for you to rest and sleep. I really appreciate its cleanliness, both the bedroom and bathroom. They also provided you with basic amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towel, dental kit, hairdryer, sanitizer spray, small refrigerator, kettle). The staff is really helpful and friendly. 절대가지마세요, 별 0.5개는 못주나요? 네팔 직원이 체크인실수해서 제방을 다른 한국인에게 줬습니다. 아니 무슨 숙소가 여권 복사하면서 이름이랑 성별도 확인안하고 그냥 방을 내주나요? 그래놓고 풀방이니깐 짐빼고 청소할때까지 기다려달라고해서 그날 일정다망치고 2시간넘게 로비에서 대기했습니다. 기다리는 동안 보상해달라니깐, 보상달라니깐 못준다네요. 진정한 사과가 보상아닌가요? ㅠㅠ 암튼 절대 가지마세요.. 청소도 대충해줬는지 바닥에 머리카락이 있더라구요..^^ 항의할 힘도 없어서 걍 신발신고 돌아다녔습니다...

If I can give you the star for half, I would do that. 1 star is too much for this hostel.

I made a reservation for one day, but the hostel staff was confused and he gave my room to the other Korean guy. He didn't check the name and gender. I can't understand how the hostel staff didn't check the passport thoroughly and give the room. I can't believe it.

And I had to wait for 2 hours over and that Korean guy also had to come again to the hostel to take his luggage. While I'm waiting, I asked for any compensation, but they said it was impossible. I couldn't go out after entering the room, because it was so stressful and exhausting.

Anyway, that night was my first day in Japan travel, and it was ruined. (Plus, I don't think they didn't clean my room. cause I found a lot of hair on the floor...
