If you love Adidas products, from sneakers to sports wear to sports accessories and other Adidas lifestyle products, this is the place to go in Shinjuku. It seems to me to be one of the few Adidas outlets in Tokyo that offers basketball shoes for sales. It's a 3-storey outlet, located at a strategic corner in Shinjuku, for the performance range with very tastefully designed interior decoration without the clutter feel befitting the 3-stripe brand. Comprehensive range and most importantly, they have very helpful and attentive staff members delivering services with a big smile too! As a foreign visitor turning up just to realise my size of US11.5 is not normally stocked up in stores across Tokyo was a little shocking but I soon had my order taken by the ladies and got my pair of sneakers within 48hours! This store was crazy expensive. There were items in here that we found being sold by other retailers to be considerably cheaper. Yes to be honest they had some great clothes and footwear, and the rucksacks they were selling left me drooling. Some of the items sold seemed to be exclusive to Japan. Many of the designs were very different to what is available in the UK. But man, those prices were ridiculous. £95 for a rucksack! Are you mad? The damn worst Adidas shop! They know nothing about their own products! They incredibly stupid and don’t know how to use phone or app! The worst shipping expressing ever! There is no discount for the shoes on the display. And with this price they will charge you for bags of course because they are so vegan eco friendly and no money eaters. They don’t even know that the shoes have genuine leather. I literately asked to check twice on the size and what a miracle sheet they said there is no right size, the size I needed just appeared!
