The people here are very kind and helpful. I visited Japan as a disabled person and had to travel with my crutches. When I was there my crutches were broken and I had to fix it. However no matter where I got they don’t have the spare parts that was needed. I went here and despite they mentioned its not their field of expertise, they were so willing to take the time and ask some people on where I can get them. They lead me to a department store in Shinjuku, and I finally found the parts. I was literally saved! With broken crutches I could literally get into another accident. They speak good English and they know exactly how to let you know where things are. + You can ask them to check if all the lockers around the station are full and they know other great places to store all your luggages! I stored them with a karaoke place nearby only with 1000 yen and we had 3 huge luggages which would be impossible to find a proper lockers that would fit all and still pay that little. And on my last day I had no idea where I should go and they come up with good recommendations. So just ask. They can come up with a lot of magic...
