Taking around 20 mins to wait for a seat, even staff say you can go for a seat but they still asking to wait at the entrance. 2nd level for non smoking and 3rd level for smoking. We bring a baby with us but staff still arranging us to 3rd level. When reach our turn to have a seat, client behind us just cut queue and staff didnt clarify and take action. They just simpily bring the customer behind to the seat belong to us. After that, they arrange a 4 seater for 5 adults + 1 baby. We request to add another chair but staff refuse. Fews minute waiting for a menu and also didnt serve and drink while we waiting.
After order 10-15 minutes also no serving any drink at all, until my baby cannot accept stay in that level full of smoking smell. We tried to ask can we take away or just cancel the order since there is nothing on our table. We try to explain that our baby cannot stay in that worst environment. The staff refuse both options and keep asking why we wanna leave with a super duper bad attitude and poker face.

Then she said can order juice or alcohol? Sersouly??? Why must he drink??? I wanted to leave and girl suddenly apologised it’s ok, I said I WANT TO LEAVE. I totally understand that you can inform us before we seating and inform us the minimum spent. It’s just a coffee shop you are not Hermes, YOU DONT HAVE TO IMPLY TO customer this. Make your shop...

Even the bathrooms are in kanji- some that I wasn't familiar with, so had to ask which room to use.
For me, it was a...
