One of the things I definitely wanted to get while I was on vacation in Japan was a sukajan. With a bit of research, a lot of people recommended looking around Ameyoko. This shop was the first place I checked out. The employee working at the time didn't seem very interested in helping me. He just handed me a catalog of the latest (and also the most expensive, around ¥60,000 - ¥75,000, I later noticed) collection he had available. I picked one out to try and it was a bit small. When I asked if he had an XL, he came back and told me that they were all out. After that, he just sort of...wandered away, done with me, I guess. I don't know if he just assumed I wouldn't buy anything or having a bad day, but it left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. So I just left to go check out the rest of the shops in the area since I didn't feel welcome. Okay, negatives out of the way, here are the positives. After checking 3 or 4 other stores in the area, I ended up coming back because I noticed pretty quickly that this shop had the absolute greatest variety of Sukajan in the area. Also, after doing some digging amongst the racks, I discovered that they also had a pretty broad price range for all kinds of budgets. I also found a wide variety of collections from different brands that would suit all kinds of different styles. I ended up settling on a mid-tier jacket (¥35,000~ or so) with an absolutely gorgeous purple kitsune across the back. So I'd definitely recommend the store, I just knocked off a star for being made to feel unwelcome. Many choices for sukajan jackets . The price you may think is expensive. But some designs are very rare. You may not find it in another shop . It's worth buying in this shop. I bought another sukajan from Don Quijote. but just because it was cheap . I bought a Ted company little devil sukajan from this shop. It is high quality,rare. I really really love it. I had researched sukajan before going to Japan. I had chosen the sukajan of my mind already. I understand what I'm going to buy. There are a few of the best shops in Tokyo. This shop is the one for me. Their staffs speak a little bit of English. Some staff couldn't. They are friendly ,polite and respectful . I had a little happy chat with them. Better to look at their website and take a screenshot before you visit the shop. It will help to find your rare sukajan. This shop have a sister shop in next street. Have a different styles sukajan. Good to ask the staff where it is.

PS **In this generation. Many clothing is Japan designed.but made from other countries. But sell in Japan only. It will be very expensive if you find one made in Japan. I know another shop custom made sukajan in Tokyo. I will not talk about it here. Anyway. What you pay...
