Horrible male front staff who's discriminatory against foreigners (anyone that is not visibly Japanese) and those who speak English. Our local office team made up of European, Korean, and Chinese staff (party of 4) decided to eat here for dinner and this restaurants staff were extremely rude and xenophobic. They pretended they didn't understand us, and when we told them we all spoke Japanese, they still refused to seat us. We quickly decided to go somewhere better to eat after another male staff member came and told us that they don’t serve English-speaking customers. This shop doesn't deserve any star!!!

I didn't have any chance to taste it because their waitor is so rude and mean. His attitude was so bad, we showed the pictures with the item name in Japanese. But that person refused to read, he just kept repeating that he don't understand in Japanese almost ten times. After ten times he doesn't understand in Japanese, he said "I don't understand" in English.

A perfect place to grab a hot and steamy snack on a winter day! They offer various fried items that are ultra affordable. I had the beef and potato croquette, or the korroke and it was amazing. The beef and potato mixture was seasoned perfectly, not too overpowering. The outside crust was a panko crust and was so crispy and had a great crunch when you bit into it. It was freshly fried and was piping hot! They have a bar table near the counter so you can stand and eat, or you can get your snacks to go....
