Just left a store in Ueno with my niece and found absolutely nothing! Spent hours also. Told my niece even to just go to BAZZSTORE tomorrow. And I bet she'll find something amazing! Staff are not particularly welcoming and customer service is average; however the items are well priced and significantly lower than other thrift stores in japan- most pieces are in good to excellent condition and they carry a variety of designer brands as well. A good place to go searching for mid to high end brands for affordable prices (e.g burberry, ysl, chloe). Went there twice and Would definitely go back.

2024 update: came back here and service remains the same - their curation is a bit lacking compared to 2017 (but that WAS a long time ago). I was a bit disappointed that their designer section was meagre and didnt really compare to before. I still found a few items to purchase and were...

I was really impressed. "Thrift stores" in Japan are usually even more expensive than chain clothing stores, but this one has very nice and reasonable prices and offers variation for both sexes. The staff is nice...
